Hi,

I'm looking for 1 person to be my lodger, who will live in my house with me, ideally someone who is a full time worker, kind, tidy and helpful like myself. My insurnace prohibits renting to Housing Benefit claimants. I'm happy to help put up furniture or moving stuff from your old place. No drug users, it's a non-smoking house so smoking outside only. Pets considered. Tennant would ideally work full time (not from home.)

You would have free rein to my house apart from my bedroom. The whole house has recently been renovated throughout. As well as the rooms on the floor plan I have a large rear garden, downstairs toilet and a drive for parking. The parking is not restricted in Highbury and most people have a drive so parking is not a problem for visitors. It's a nice neighborhood, all the people in the houses nearby are friendly and quiet. The bedroom has lots of inbuilt wardrobe space. All the rooms are large and clean, I will take some photos of the rest of the house soon, the house is on the Highbury Estate, a few minutes walk from Cosham Train Station, lots of shops and bus stops. Near QA Hospital, Highbury College and the Cosham motorway junction.

£550 a month all bill's included , I have fast fibre optic boradband, I have a IPTV subscription that you are welcome to use, which includes all the live sport, latest films and TV from Netflix etc.

I'm flexible on the move in and out date and the days in the week you want to stay in the house.
