Single room in a large semi in a quiet area of Cosham. Although a single room it is larger than average and is clean and comfortable It is furnished and has a new double bed.
Bed linen and towels are also supplied.
Although the room isn't en suite there is a cloakroom downstairs.
There is a sitting/dining room available for my lodgers use, to eat, watch tv and relax. Friends are welcome to drop by.
There is a garden with decking and comfortable seating.
The location is ideal for QA Hospital, IBM and DSTL. Good transport links for trains, motorways and buses.
I have a lovely cocker spaniel Bali who I am sure you will enjoy, as much as I do :-)
It is very laid back household. My lodgers are inclined to stay for long periods of time, I must be doing something right :-) The room has become available due to the ending of a 3 year work contract.
The room is available for Monday to Friday or full week occupancy, shorter term considered for contract or persons studying in the area.
