Hello, we're a kind, quite and friendly family looking to rent one bedroom, the rent will include a shared kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, wifi and bills and full access to gardens. There is a fridge for yourself to use also. The location of the property is a 10 minute walk to QA Hospital, PALL and Very close to Lakeside business area so ideal for anyone working in that area. There is a private side road which is safe to park any cars. Our house is ideally suitable for anyone who is very quite and keeps themselves to themselves and someone who doesn't mind a family home atmosphere :) Suitable for Nurses or doctors or anyone who needs a room who may be working away.
We have one kitten who is extremely friendly to inform of Incase of allergies.
We are a muslim family household so only request is no alcohol or pork permitted in the house.
We have let this room out to many nurses and doctors so can provide a reference of what it is like to live with us should you need one.
