4 Bed House with rooms to let

Furnished, well present new build house available with 3 rooms to let.
1 double ensuite, 1 good sized double and one small single room available.
1 "family" bathroom and downstairs toilet. Kitchen and lounge fully furnished with a small but spacious garden.
Ideally someone "younger" of any sex who is friendly, tidy and social person. You need to be reliable and willing to chip in with any cleaning that needs to be done around the house. I expect people to be respectful and understanding of others and their work schedules; i. e. Not being noisy at late or early hours.
I am considerate of others and their personal space and have lived with up to 6 other people in the past at uni. I work full time on hayling island with my hours anything from 8am to 9:30pm. I would like to think I am friendly and outgoing myself and ideally want people similar to that.
No pets or couples.
