i have two double rooms and a single room available to rent as from this weekend.
Would prefer a couple to rent all three rooms at a cost of £900 per month all bills included. Shared bathroom and kitchen but i only use the bathroom to have a bath as i have my own toilet downstairs. The bills also include virgin media.
Unfortunately my previous lodgers have had to move out after five years due to a change in job location. would except a £500 deposit which would be refunded at end of tenancy. will except pets but i do have a cat which dose not go upstairs. Both double rooms are semi furnished .am willing to add any extra furniture if required. Any other questions please feel free to contact me.

In the kitchen you will have your own fridge and freezer and also your own storage area for food.
Sorry about the lack of photos but I am just in the middle of cleaning everything ready for new tenants. You will also have soul use of a microwave as well.
I tend to keep myself to myself and let my lodgers treat the property as if it was their home. The only thing I do expect is that the property is kept clean and anything that is broken is replaced.
As I am high risk of covid I also ask that you must have had both of your covid jabs.
