Easy Going

Sorry but the room has gone.

I have a 1937 Art Deco house I have been renovating for two years, so everything has been gutted and brought back to that period of luxury with ambiance, although I still have more to do! The up & down hallways, lounge, kitchen/dinner, bathroom, downstairs washroom, spare double bedroom have all been totally redecorated with new flooring/carpets, etc.

Also, forgot to add I have a water softener installed in the house for the whole system, so there is no need for chemical cleaning, etc, and you only need a small amount of shampoo, etc, as it lathers up really well, and makes your skin really soft - for the ladies obviously lol!!

The master bedroom (my bedroom) and single bedroom (maybe an office) + separate dining (currently my office) have yet to be decorated in the same theme all in time but totally useable.
I have a lovely enclosed garden, which is peaceful and tranquil, with a large decking area in which to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun to set.
All amenities are available: dish washer, separate fridges, cooking facilities, garage, washing line, tumble dryer, washing machine, etc.
Apple off road parking is available outside my home.
I am a 58 yr old Design Engineer working for Airbus DS in Anchorage Rd, although I have been working from home since March 2020, and will be until next yr - probably!!
I live on my own (PO6 2BS), apart from when my girlfriend stays, which is rare as I often stay at her house, so you will often have the house to yourself!
I have a cat, which spends most of the time sleeping, and look after my girlfriend’s two dogs, (both very friendly) on Thursday & Fridays.
I appreciate tidiness, and cleanliness - it’s an engineer thing!!
The best thing about living in Upper Drayton is it’s very quiet, with only a 10min walk to the train station in Cosham, but also central to most destinations without hassle.
