Charge is for 7 day let but if preferred will consider a short week let of a minimum of £55/ week for up to a 3 day let and £65/ week for a 4 day let or £75/ week for a 5 day let. Single occupancy, no couples & no benefits. The room offered is the 2nd bedroom to a semi-detached in a quiet neighbourhood in farlington, nr Drayton / Cosham. It is fully furnished and currently has a single bed but for long term tenant will fit a double bed if preferred. Motorways are easily accessible as are bus routes. On street parking is available. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate downstairs cloakroom (3 toilets in total) a living room, kitchen diner with plenty of storage, breakfast bar and a conservatory with a TV and sofa. The large bathroom has plenty of storage and contains a shower cabin. Two of the bedrooms are located in a loft conversion occupied by the owners daughters (20 & 18) and the 2nd bathroom is on this floor too. The property has wifii, a washing machine, dishwasher and an American fridge freezer. It is centrally heated and double glazed throughout and has a combi boiler. All bills will be included save the costs of calls made on the landline telephone, these will need to be paid for. No plug in heaters permitted. The central heating will be available for use as required. No other person will be permitted to stay without the express permission of the owner due to young daughters being present. Non smoker only and must like pets. (Non-shedding hypo-allergenic dog and a cat). The property has a very reasonably sized garden.
