Hello, I'm a local teacher looking to rent out one of three bedrooms in terraced house in the centre of Eastleigh. I've nearly finished renovating the place myself. The bedrooms are all finished with new flooring and freshly painted. There is also a shared living room and a shared dining room.
There is a car parking space at the back of the house, at the bottom of the garden, but you are welcome to apply for a permit for the street.
I'm pretty easy going and more than happy to consider couples and pets.
My current housemate has brought his own flat in town so will be moving out on 10th January. I had advertised last month but his plans changed and I like to be accommodating!
