One bedroom is an en-suite and the second bedroom is a medium double. The rooms are fully furnished and the rent includes all bills.

The house is a good standard, clean and very well maintained. There are 2 communal bathrooms, a utility room and a large kitchen/dining room.

There is quick access to M27 and M3 and also to Chandlers Ford and the Airport.

We are preferably looking for a professional who likes enjoying a clean and quiet house share and is respectful towards other tenants. In return, we promise a good atmosphere, quick maintenance repairs (if needed), and we can also be flexible on the deposit.
