The room includes a double bed, with quality mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookcase, lamp, desk chair, and good sized desk.

Digital door locks are fitted to all doors. Use of a clean and modern shared shower room is included.

The kitchen includes an oven, large American style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, extractor hood, breakfast bar, social area and modern TV. Allocated kitchen storage cupboards are provided for each room.

The house features high speed broadband – great for working from home!

The property includes a patio and barbecue area to the rear.

The shared areas are regularly cleaned by a professional company, to help ensure all spaces are kept in great condition.

The house is managed and well maintained with by our excellent team, ensuring that things are fixed quickly.

The rent includes all bills, including gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband. The property is warm and welcoming!

Parking is available via council issued permits. Plenty of parking is available around the property, and a large private "permit only" parking area is located to the rear of the house.
