Double room available to rent in a refurbished character home in Eastleigh on a short term lease.... anything from a couple of / days/weeks to a month.. The room can be rented per night for £35.00. Deposit would be less for a shorter stay. The room has a shared bathroom next to it which includes shower and the house has a modern kitchen with the usual white/silver goods ( fridge, washing machine etc). The house is ideally situated, 5 mins walk from train station, bus station , restaurants, pubs etc. 10/15 minute train journey away from Winchester. I am the live in landlord, teaching Art in Southampton. The house is always kept tidy re kitchen and bathroom. The room would be ideally suited for someone who is looking for a quiet place to stay.
