Seeking a female tenant for a single bed room

We are letting out a single bed furnished room. We would consider all week or just during week days stays. We don’t mind if it’s a short stay or something a bit longer.

We are a small family with a child (age 16 months). I am currently working from home and my wife is a full time mum.

We speak English, Polish, Spanish and a little bit of Mandarin.

Room furniture included; single bed (incl. mattress), wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.

In the house we have plenty of space, and we’ll provide you with a shelf in the fridge and freezer + your own kitchen cupboard. Other facilities Include;

We are a 15 minute walk away from Eastleigh town centre and the train station, and about 2 miles from Southampton Airport. We are close to both Shakespeare Junior School and
Crestwood School.

If you enjoy running/walking we are a 5 minute walk away from an entrance to the River Itchen which can take you all the way to Winchester or to Southampton.

5 minute walk from the Ham Farm pub.

5 minute walk to a Tesco express.

Very close to M3 and M27 motorway junctions.

We have a nice garden to enjoy.
