Lovely room available to rent in a 2 bedroom house in Eastney, Southsea.

The house is situated a 2 minute walk to a bus stop with direct links to the university, hospital, gunwharf and town centre. It is also 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the coffee cup cafe. You can also find a a co-op/tesco, pharmacy and a couple of nice pubs around the corner. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Albert Road.

The room has a small double with a brand new quality simba mattress. Hanging space can be provided in a addition to the furniture in the photographs. There is a shared bathroom, lounge, downstairs WC, and kitchen-diner and garden.

Rent includes all bills including the internet and a cleaner every second week. I am more than happy to be flexible around length of stay and am open to weekday/weekend lodgings, short, medium and long term lets.

You will be living with myself, a professional female. I lead a fairly busy life and am out dancing once or twice a week. I am friendly, relaxed and very respectful of privacy.
