We have a double room in our detached very modern house in Emsworth five nights mid week only. Off road parking . All bills included. Very quiet house. We have two sitting rooms. Large garden. Emsworth is a lovely old seaside town. The room let would be suitable for one person thats needs accommodation for imployment week days. Happy to be flexible on rent depending how much the room is needed.
We are about 20 min walk from the train station
Portsmouth is 8 miles and Chichester is 8 miles.
Emsworth is on the top of chichester harbour and on the edge of the southdowns.
