Double room to rent in Emsworth

Hi - I have a furnished double room to let in a pretty end terrace near Emsworth .

It is a great location for the harbour and Emsworth village centre with it's shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Chichester Harbour and the South Downs National Park are both easily accessible nearby.
Portsmouth and Chichester are only a few miles away. The train station, 10 minutes walk, has good services to London, Gatwick and along the south coast.

Road parking is available near the house.

The bedroom is a good size and includes large fitted cupboards , a chest of draws and a book case. You would have almost exclusively use of the family bathroom.
The other rooms to share include a kitchen dinner and a sun room, There is also a pretty garden.

All bills including D band council tax are included.

I am a lively, retired nurse and medical herbalist who enjoys the outside , nature, friends , a glass of wine , yoga , walking ,
dancing , my garden and family.

I think I am easy going, approachable and social but am also mindful for the need for quiet personal space.

I am looking for someone who is tidy , respectful , easy going and sociable to share with . Would suit a professional person or mature student.

References, deposit and signed lodgers agreement form will be required before the room is let.
