Situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac only 5 min walk from local shops, restaurants and amenities and a 20 min walk to Fareham train station. We benefit from being a short distance from Whiteley, Gunwharf Quays, Titchfield Abbey and Hill Head Beach.
Room includes a double bed, desk, curtains, lamps, chair, mirror and bedside table. TV and clothing rail available on request. It has a bright double window which overlooks the garden and trees. Spacious living room with smart TV and dining room. Utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Large peaceful garden with 4 mature trees, tree bench, shed and decked area. Shared family bathroom with WC downstairs. Modern interior which is kept clean, tidy and clutter free. We have a drive as well as on street parking available.
Roommate must love dogs as we have two adorable westies (although they do not have free roam of the whole house). We are non smokers but don’t mind smoking in the garden if cigarettes are properly disposed of. Occasional weekends also considered.
