Great self contained Studio Room with it's own private entrance away from main house above double garage. Ideal for a professional person who cherishes their own privacy. All bills are included in the weekly rent.

Located in quiet residential road with good location close to Fareham mainline railway station (7 mins walk), with easy access to Portsmouth, Havant, Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester and London.

Well equipped and nicely decorated room with double bed and kitchenette (double electric hob and combination microwave oven) that benefits from having its own parking space. All carpets and furnishings have been shampooed and laundered. Room has own central heating system and hot water supply. Internet access comes with the room. There is also a small flat screen TV.

The tenant is responsible for maintaining the room in a clean state and laundry of all bed linen, tea towels, personal items etc. This will need to be done at a launderette as the room does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer. We will provide 2 duvet covers, base sheets and pillow cases as well as tea towels. A winter and summer duvet are available, freshly laundered.

Being let as single occupancy. Couples will not be considered as this room has services aligned to single occupancy.. Tenant must be in stable employment, not under a probationary period, in a professional role and a non-smoker.

All billls are included but use of the room for 'Working from home' is not included in the rent stated - should this be a requirement then it will incur an additional £50 per month to cover extra utility costs.
