Double room for rent in 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms chalet style detached house. Currently just myself and a small dog living in the property. I'm an easy-going person, up for a good chat and can be sociable however I do respect people personal space and privacy.

The house has an open plan lounge/kitchen with a light and airy feel. Good garden space both front/back (south-facing) with sitting area to enjoy the afternoon sun. Garage space for bicycle storage. Driveway parking space is available.

Looking for a clean and tidy professional single occupancy. Would have to be ok with the dog as I have a male Jack Russell 2 years old. He's very friendly, well behaved and good fun to be around.

All usual bills are included (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Broadband)
The cleaner comes in twice a month to do cleaning throughout the house.
12 mins walk to Farnborough Main Train Station (35-41 mins direct train to Waterloo)
18 mins walk to Farnborough North Train Station (17 mins direct train to Guildford)
17 mins walk to Farnborough Town Centre
