My name is Polly and I’m a live-in landlord in a house share in North Camp, Farnborough. I currently have one furnished double room which will be available to rent from 1st January 2021.
The house itself is a beautiful Edwardian build, recently refurbished and situated near Farnborough airport/Farnborough Business Park. The room available is upstairs.
There's one shared bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs.
There is a lovely big shared kitchen area, as well as a shared living room and dining room. There is also a large garden with a coach house at the back, perfect for extra storage. The house also comes with off-road parking and a driveway.
The rent for the room is £550 pcm, including bills. There is a also a cleaner who comes once a month.
