This is a Monday to Friday Room only - however fine to arrive on Sunday evening. You will find the house welcoming and I can flex around some of your needs and wants. The situation is best suited to a person who works day time hours.

The room is on the third floor in a Edwardian house. It is the only room on this floor.

The house has two bathrooms, one with bath and shower. There is also a shared cooking and eating space that can be used at any time. There is also a lovely garden to sit out in.

On street parking is available close to and in front of the property. There is also a good secure area for pedal bikes.

The house is also close to railway stations for Reading, Guildford and London. By close 0.9 miles to North Camp Station and 1.25 miles to Farnborough Main and Ash Vale Station.

The house is in the borders of North Camp where there is a Coop and plenty of good restaurants and takeaways.

In the price a cleaning service is provided and bedding is changed every two weeks (based on a Monday to Friday let)

The people in the house are all really pleasant and respectful. However, they lead busy lives and this house would suite someone similar.
