Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, Wireless Broadband, TV Licence for communal area TV. Also covered is complementary weekly cleaning of communal areas, bathrooms, kitchen etc and regular garden and house maintenance by landlords or our DIY man. There is a small charge for use of the tumble dryer.

So - you know where you stand each month with one monthly rental charge. Also, we hold our room prices for each house sharer for a minimum of 12 months.
