As professional landlords, living nearby, we maintain our houses to an excellent standard. All our housemates are working professionals who are friendly and easy-going, having been recruited by us personally (no agents!).

THE ROOM

This room shares a good sized modern bathroom with one other tenant only.

The room has its own TV aerial point, multiple electrical sockets as well as ethernet point in addition to high speed WiFi.

THE ROOM

This is a good sized double room with high quality, comfortable mattress, bedside table, large mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Plenty of room for under bed storage.

LOCATION

The house is in a quiet and safe residential close. It has a large driveway with space for 4-5 cars as well as off street parking.

A few minutes walk from the house is bus route 2, that takes you to either Farnborough station and town or Frimley and Camberley. There is also the yo-yo bus route nearby.

The house is easily accessed from both junctions 4 and 4a of the M3.

HOUSE AND GARDEN
The thoughtfully refurbished kitchen and living room are shared with the other housemates and cleaned by a weekly cleaner.

There is a nice garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and clothes drier and the garden is kept looking good by the landlords.
