Light and airy, town centre house with a garden. It's the perfect base from which to work, explore or relax.

Bedroom 1: You'll have your own double room and en suite bathroom with shower and short tub. You'll also have shared use of the living room, dining room / kitchen and utility.

Your room has lots of storage. There is a chest of drawers (shown in the photo) and the bed has storage inside it. There is also a useable space with a wardrobe rail between the bedroom and your ensuite.

Bedroom 2: This is a double room, with chest of drawers and overstairs cupboard/wardrobe. There is also a large table, which can be removed if not required. You'll have shared use of the facilities as above.

Bedroom 2 will share a bathroom with the owner-occupier in bedroom 3. It has a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. The owner-occupier (inhabiting bedroom 3) works away most Monday-Fridays, so you would rarely be competing for the bathroom during the week.
The prices are for a single tenant in each room. Dual occupancy would cost another 150 per month.

Parking is on-street permit parking (75 pounds per year).
