I am a live in landlord, my boyfriend shares a room with me and I have one other lodger.
There is a big kitchen/ dining room which is shared and 1 shared bathroom.
The house is above shops so handy for local amenities. There is a small terrace with table and chairs for use in the summer.
Its a decent double with built in wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and mirror.
My mum comes back once a month from wales for a few days for work and has a small non maulting dog (so person moving in would have to be ok with dogs).
I do all the cleaning but you would be expected to clean up after yourself. Looking for a tidy but chilled out house mate.
