Monday-Friday let only for the end of terrace house with the front double room available. There is a wardrobe and a cupboard under the window with plenty of storage and a shelf beside the bed for your phone so it is near a plug.

The bathroom is newly renovated and spacious with a shower and a bath available, this will be shared yet a second bathroom is downstairs by the front door with a toilet and basin.

You will also have use of the kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge (I’ll empty a shelf), washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. There is also storage to larder items under the stairs I will clear you room. Shared breakfast bar on the island and lounge. The lounge has a DVD player and Virgin TV and broadband.

The garden is under construction yet once finished you will be able to sit at the outdoor table.

Parking will be available in the small car park area at the end of the Crescent.

The walk to the station will take less than 10 minutes by the woodland Fleet Pond route.
