The property itself is central but tucked away from the main road. Parking available. Courtyard garden with small shed.

Great location benefitting from all the amenities of town as well as being right on the doorstep of the new forest. The cul de sac also nice and quiet and all the neighbours are friendly.

Professionals preferred but not concerned about age/ gender etc though someone responsible, happy to abide by agreed rules and live reasonably without drama an absolute must.

You must have work references, you must have previous landlord references, you must not have a criminal record or abuse drugs/ alcohol. Pets considered on a case by case basis and may request additional deposit/ rent for this.

There will likely be a room rental agreement agreed together and signed.

This could also be suited to someone requiring a room Monday to Friday as well which I would also consider for less rent.
