A bright double bedroom is available to rent in a cosy, peaceful two-bedroom house located near Lower Burgate, Fordingbridge. The area offers excellent bus connections to Salisbury, Bournemouth, and Ringwood, and with the New Forest right on your doorstep, you’ll have endless walking routes, cafés, and charming country pubs to enjoy.
The property is a house share with a young professional male tenant already occupying one bedroom. I am the landlord and currently use the second bedroom, but I am moving in with my partner in Dorchester, so the room will soon be available.
You will have shared access to:
Living room
Kitchen/diner
Bathroom plus two toilets
Large west-facing garden that gets plenty of sun and is wonderfully peaceful
The house will be semi-furnished once I have moved my belongings.

Clean, tidy, and respectful
Willing to help maintain the property with the existing lodger (e. g., mowing the lawn, hoovering, dusting)
Anyone interested in viewing the room will also have the opportunity to meet the other lodger.
