One room in a vibrant 2bed designer's house

Terraced house with a great garden, open plan ground floor and spacious bathroom. Decorated to a high, striking standard. Free parking on the road with no restrictions.
I'm originally from London and moved here 4 years ago. I live with my best friend, who's also from London. We run my own creative e-commerce business, mostly from home. We're easy going, open minded with a good sense of humour. I have an adorable medium sized rescue dog, who everyone loves and 2 cats. I can consider pets.
It's a couple of minutes to bus stops, 10-15 minute walk to Fratton station, 10mins to Asda, 5 mins to a Spar and lots of nearby takeaways.
It's important we get on with the potential flatmate(s). I will do most of the housework but I would expect the person to clear/wash up after themselves and be generally tidy.
There is a large open plan lounge with a big super-comfy sofa and a dining table for 6. A bright white, modern kitchen with double patio doors which open onto decking and a garden (with seating & outdoor heater). Smokers welcome if they do so in the garden or by an open window. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower cubicle and a large bath with shower head and a fish tank. There are quite a few plants too!
If it's 2 people renting the room, it would be an additional £100pm.
