Beautiful room in cosy modern flat

Room (Yours) pictures show it a few months ago- it is currently empty apart from wardrobes

We are Robynne and Tanya, a couple in our 30s, living in our 2 bedroom flat in fratton with our two cats Albus and Juno.

We have a lovely room to rent which has been freshly painted with a comfy double bed and mattress topper, large spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. The photos show it a few months ago it is now empty and ready for someone to move in and make it theirs.

Our flat is calm and quiet, we aren’t party animals but enjoy the odd beer! We love to game, read, knit and go camping out in nature. We both work from home and as part time nursery / care workers.

We are looking for someone who works full time and likes cats as they are part of our family, we have two called Juno and albie who are home cats. We would like to do a 3 month agreement and can extend it again if we are all happy at the end of that contract.

Kitchen has your own freezer, fridge and cupboard space. Good heating and washing machine, Welcome to use all the cleaning products :) we like our home to be clean and tidy. we also provide things like toilet roll and tea and coffee.

Rent includes all the bills, fast reliable internet, gas central heating, water, electric..
