I have a large double room for rent in my relaxed cosy home.
The room has a built in single wardrobe & single bed. There is also currently a large desk & chair. All this could be stored if you have your own or don't need.
I'm looking for a friendly house mate who will treat my house as their home, someone who is respectful, clean and tidy.
It is clean, comfortable, friendly and nicely decorated, and you have full use of all facilities; dining room, living room, downstairs bathroom, broadband, garden etc.
Parking is free on the road, and not too difficult to find a space..
It is centrally located close to Commercial Rd, bus routes, easy access to M27/A3 and close enough to the train stations.
