There is on street parking. Some areas are free anytime on the street and some permits and some 2hr parking. Hence would suit working person using their own car. . Bus routes are a 2 minute walk away and train station 5 minutes to local Milbrook and 15-20 mins to Southampton central and the city. Local corner shops 2 minutes walk away.
THE PENTHOUSE
Top floor up two flights of stairs to the Penthouse with en-suite toilet, sink and shower.
Double room with double bed, chair, chest of draws, built in cupboard/wardrobe, full length mirror and plenty of storage space in the eves. Small Tv.
Light and airy looking over the rear aspect of the property. View of the docks in the distance.
SHARED SPACES
Use of kitchen for cooking and heating light meals. Fridge space available for own food.
Use of washing machine.
Dining area for meals.
We are looking for a person that is in employment, does not smoke or take too much alcohol. Quiet and considerate when passing other rooms on the stairs. Cares about the environment and conscientious about recycling and saving energy. To be prepared to keep the kitchen clean and tidy after personal use.
The accommodation is for a Monday to Friday let with the expectation that you arrive no sooner than Monday and exit the property Friday afternoon/early evening. (Negotiable) Full time stay can be negotiated.
This is shoe free house. Other than downstairs we request no shoes to be worn around the home. .
