Landlady is self contained upstairs with her own bathroom.

No lounge. Shared use of kitchen and eating area.
No use of washing machine.

Free parking close to house.

All bills included, water, council tax, electric, broadband, gas.

Cleaning & gardening included. Shared areas cleaned by landlady. You will be Responsible for cleaning own room and your shower.

No guests allowed to house.
