I have a Large Garden and two private parking spaces that are off road with additional street parking outside of the property. There is an alarm fitted to the house that is automatically linked to ADT, should the alarm be activated

There are bus stops within 2 minutes of walking heading to Gosport and Fareham

Communal - kitchen, lounge, dishwasher, washing machine , garden and patio

Non - communal, rented room, bathroom (I have listed it as en-suite) it's your own bathroom which boasts a bath, sink , WC

I have a lab/lurcher cross who is well behaved

I'm looking for ideally a professional person, I am a serving member of the Royal Navy so Im outgoing, domesticated and I take pride in my house.
I'm looking for someone who is considerate, neat and tidy.
As a lodger you may have Guests to stay 2-3 times a week.

The room is available 24/7 however if you only require the room Monday to Friday, we may be able to negotiate a rent decrease
