I find myself with plenty of spare space to let for at least 6 months. It's very quiet because I'm in and out sporadically and stay with my girlfriend often. Essentially you get the privacy and space of a one bed flat for the price of a double room.

Short walk to park land, shops and a cycle ride from the beach. Bus routes right outside. Unrestricted parking.

The bedroom is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a king bed. Two chest of drawers plus a TV wall mount for a small sized television.

Rest of flat is furnished and ready to move in, but minimal enough that you can add your own spin on the place. £510 pcm for individual, £550 for couple. All bills are included, including fibre broadband and wi-fi.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and usual equipment and white goods, the bathroom is modern with large airing cupboard too. There is also a rather large store room/bike store available.

I'm a pretty clean living IT nerd who doesn't drink or smoke and isn't a party animal! Ideally looking for similarly quiet professionals.

The flat is within walking distance of HMS Sultan and HMS Collingwood so is ideally placed for those on course or working at either location.
