Furnished, bright, fresh room with white walls, stripped wooden floor, bed, chest of drawers, desk and built-in wardrobe; all ready to go. Its in a 1970 3 bedroom semi detached house. Parking for 2 cars on a FCFS basis, but the street parking isn't too bad either becaue its a cul-de-sac..
Kitchen could do with some love but the bathroom and loo have just been stripped and rebuilt; and the lounge/dining room is a nice communal space.
There are 2 of us here already; I own the house and there is one other tenant who works locally Mon to Fri and then goes home at the weekend.
I am a dinghy sailor and spend a fair bit of time away competing; also an ex racing cyclist so still do quite a bit of mountain biking and recreational road riding; and an occassional windsurder and kayaker. Oh yes, learning Spanish at the moment too.
