We have a top floor of our house ready to rent out. You can use 1 room as a bedroom and 1 room as a living room, with your own shower room and toilet. Garden will be shared, kitchen will be shared.
Bills will be included in the price. If you want to rent the whole top floor we will accept £700.00 a month.
The bedroom will include a double bed, larger chest of drawers and a kallax unit.
The other room will have 3 small chest of drawers in and that is it.
We do have a 7 month old baby.
