Cosy home in central Havant - live in landlord

Hi my name is Caz, I recently bought a house and I am looking for some lodgers.

I have a single and double room available.
(double taken at present)

Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished. Both rooms come with their own locks to ensure you have your privacy. Virgin WiFi included.

Double room - does house the boiler but it’s a new and top quality boiler so minimal noise. Lovely wardrobe built in and gets nice light during the day.

Single room - has a lovely built in wardrobe, can fit a single bed only. Again nice light throughout the day.

Recently redecorated throughout, so I like to think I have a nice chilled vibe to the house. I have a lovely garden and live in a very quiet area. Living/dining space is nice and spacious with a tv mounted above the fireplace. Lovely dining area that you are also welcome to enjoy. well equipped kitchen. Along with washing machine facilities. The bathroom has a bath with over bath shower.

I am located in central Havant, walking distance to both Havant and Bedhampton train station which have easy links to London, Portsmouth, Chichester etc. Also close to the main bus routes from Havant bus station.

I would be a live in landlord, I am early 30’s and I am a hardworking professional. Currently working from home 9-5 Monday to Friday due to covid but often have to go out to conduct site visits. I work in a very demanding field which requires dbs checks which means I cannot associate myself with anyone who involved in drugs, crime etc. Happy to discuss this further if you are interested. Generally though, outside of work, very friendly and upbeat. This is my home so would like respectful and relaxed tenants, however I am in no way expecting people to be silent at 10pm.
