A nice 3 bedroom house in the centre of Havant. Its a new build, Walking distance from main bus station, train station, town, parks, pubs and takeaways. On street parking as it's a private road and only 1 bay per household. Friendly neighbours and very quiet area. Also easy access to motorway.
I've been separated for a while now and feel it's time to get some one in. I have a double room, furnished and occupant will have access to their own bathroom/shower. I have an en suite so I won't use bathroom. Large living room/ dining room and reasonable size garden with shed.
I am a non smoker and ideally do not want a smoker. Although it is not an issue if you smoke outside.
Parking is not ideal and anyone who drives would have to find parking up the road unfortunately.
I'm looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and easy to get on with. I try to keep my house clean and tidy but I'm not a clean freak..
I ideally would like a female due to bad past experiences with previous guys ive had, sorry guys.

The deposit is a month's rent and £300 to cover any minor damages until you are no longer a tenant then u will get the 100 back if everything is fine. Ive not done this in the past and lived to regret it.
Also deposit is for any damages caused when you decide to leave. If there aren't any, u get it back. Rent will be taken the day u move in then every month on that date.
