The £200 deposit will be held with My Deposits and is refundable.
Tenancy Agreements will be drawn up at no cost to you.

4 weeks rent in advance will also be payable on the day of the the start of the tenancy, then every 4 weeks thereafter. £125 x 4 = £500.

HAYLING ISLAND is a 10/15 minute drive away to join the M27/A3 and is a good location for those that are working in the Langston / Havant area. But even if you work in Portsmouth etc or a bit further away it is a lovely location to live - away from all the hustle and bustle of the main town centres..
