To rent is a furnished double bedroom in a lovely modern house.

Two people currently live here (so there will be 3 people in the house including yourself), a new young professional is preferred to fit in with the house atmosphere. The house is perfect for those who work in the nearby business parks (everyone currently works in Whiteley).

Downstairs is another washroom, a shared living room with dining table and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also an under stairs bar area. So a 4 bed, 3 bathroom house.

There is a spare bedroom that is used as a laundry room/office mostly but has a guest bed for visitors if required.

The bedroom is on the middle floor (town house) with access to the downstairs bathroom and shared access to the family bathroom with one other housemate also on the middle floor.

The room (and most of the house) has smart lighting, so motion sensor turning on or google home controlled changing colour etc, the heating and lounge TV/Soundbar are also controlled via google home. I understand its not for everyone but its really cool and fits in with the modern house vibe.

The house has a 3 car drive (so one space each) with private parking spaces outside and a south facing garden with a patio, hammock and deck table and chairs. There is also a shed for bikes etc.

There is a leisure centre round the corner with a swimming pool and gym. The beach is about a 20 minute walk and the local area has a Waitrose and pubs. The estate is private and secure.

Bills are included in the rent (Fibre, all utilities and council tax, TV license) there Is also a cleaner for common areas, kitchen and bathrooms.
