Bathroom, kitchen and dining room will be shared with all housemates.
There is no tv licence included in the bills, as I don't watch tv, so those wanting to watch will have to pay for the tv licence themselves.
There is washing machine for your use in the kitchen.
Parking on the nearby roads.
All rooms are for single occupancy only.
