Large 4.5m x 3.5m double room available in our house in Lymington. King size double bed with drawers under, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and large wardrobe will be provided.  In addition to your own private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink you would also have access to a larger bathroom with bath. The house is within easy walking distance of the town centre with plenty of nice cafes, shops and pubs. The house is modern and well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of off street parking available. All bills including fast broadband and Sky TV included. We are in our late 30s, non smokers, friendly, sociable and easy going. We enjoy an evening at the pub and like to spend time outdoors or out on the water sailing. I have a 9 year old daughter who stays at the house every other weekend and some of the school holidays.
