Newly redecorated cosy double room

Looking for an easy going person to rent a room. Maybe someone that enjoys the outdoors, and a beer and a bbq in the evening instead of a massive night out!

I’m a live in landlord, and work in Marine Services. I work hard and play hard, especially in the holidays on boats and in the sea.

The house has been refurbished fairly recently, and has laminate flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. Benefits from snappy broadband. A clean and tidy house, and I expect it to remain this way!

The large double room overlooks the garden, and it is a quiet place to live. The room currently has a bed (with mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with lamp, bedside unit and bedside lamp. It also has a pyramid shaped decorative light source and a wall hung decorative guitar!

Downstairs has a kitchen with gas hob, fridge (with one shelf and communal space), freezer (with one drawer available), oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, and a comfy living room too. There is a wet room with toilet downstairs (which generally serves as a shoes and clothes drying area in the winter).

Outside, there is off street parking to the front and a large garden to the rear.

The local area is lovely, Pennington Common and the New Forest is a short walk away. Lymington, the sea wall, sailing clubs, rowing club and Keyhaven are just a few minutes away as well.

Bill included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. I would ask you to help out by buying washing capsules, cleaning products and toilet paper etc now and again.

I have a fiancé who is lovely and works away, but will stay one night during the week, and for a couple of nights most weekends.
