A beautiful and spacious one bed studio available in the grounds of a 4 bedroom bungalow occupied by single mum (home owner) and 2 teenage children. The studio has an ensuite shower room, bedroom to fit double or 5' bed (occupant can provide own or can be fully furnished). The lounge /kitchen /dining area is light and spacious with a comfortable double sofa bed for occasional guests. The kitchenette area is somewhat limited so wouldn't suit people wanting to cook gourmet meals. Additional appliances to be provided by owner in kitchenette can be discussed at viewing to suit occupant.

The surrounding area is rural, about half a mile walk from Lymington Town centre. Would only really suit car driver. Suit someone who likes a beautiful outlook over fields.

Owner has 2 well behaved dogs who will often be roaming the garden so ideally someone who likes dogs will live here.

Im looking for someone kind and friendly, happy to help sweep up leaves occasionally and share chores like putting the bins out etc.
