Good sized double room for rent, in the centre of Lymington in a Grade II listed town house with great location and short walk to town high street, shops and pubs. Absolutely no couples or pets !!
The house is an 1880's build town house and is very unique and quirky, I've owned the house for four years, the decorating is all new and the house has its original wooden floors throughout, it's over three levels, ground floor is a shared sitting room with fire place & Sky TV. Lovely fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, court yard garden with seating and washing line, at the rear of the garden is a little utility type room, with washing machine. Up the stairs on the first floor, at the front of the property, is the double bedroom for rent, the room is furnish with a king size bed, two large build in wardrobes, two bedside tables and two chest of draws and is carpeted and has a fire place. Then on the same floor is the large, shared bathroom, which has a free standing bath and over head shower and is very much in keeping with the rest of the house, with heaps of character, pull chain loo, etc. And finally on the the third floor is my room.
I am a driving instructor and a nanny so I am out of the house most of the time, including a few evenings a week. I'm quite social so often have friends round and very active as well, I horse ride often and love wake boarding in the summer.
I am have two little dogs that live at the house, they are adorable and everyone loves them, but obviously liking dogs is a must. As there is already two dogs at the house, I'm afraid that a person without pets is a must.
As the house is a town house in the centre of Lymington, it doesn't have it's own parking, but there is a council carpark within a short walk, which is free from 6pm till 8am and free on Sundays, there is also residential parking which is free 24/7, again within a short walking distance from the house.
Rent is PCM and includes all bills, full use of shared ares, Sky TV, very fast unlimited Sky Broadband.
