3 bedroom detached house with a large garden in a countryside location on the edge of Marchwood. Marchwood has good commuter links and nearby shops. There is plenty of space for parking.

Large range cooker and American fridge/freezer plus 55inch TV in kitchen/diner.

Lots of space for storage (large barn behind property plus loft storage), huge garden. Happy for lodger to have space in garden or barn for own activities/interests. Currently we are planting a veg patch and flower bed.

Fully furnished recently decorated double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and under bed storage. If you have your own furniture, I'm happy to discuss, as there's probably space for it in the room or elsewhere in the house.

I am a male surgeon, 38yrs old, working in Hampshire and own the house. The other house mate is a 24yr old male ecologist working in Southampton.

We have an excellent house atmosphere and hoping to continue this with new housemate. We generally have a couple of meals together each week, games nights and BBQs in the summer, etc!

Smoking is okay in the garden/patio but not in the house.
