Double Room in Lovely Village

Double furnished room in a lovely 4 bed new build house.

We are a husband (personal trainer) & wife (project manager), 4 cats & 1 dog (too lazy to work).

I know living with a husband & wife could sound weird but we are very nice and would want you to feel at home so we promise no PDAs :)

Ideally looking for a non-smoker or someone who will only smoke outside. Other than that I think our only other ‘must haves’ are that we’d like to live with someone who isn’t too noisy at nighttime and is easy to get along with.

We both work from home - me in the study and husband in his man cave or gym in the garage so if you work from home too there’s plenty of space at the dining table.

Our home is walking distance to a lovely cafe, GP surgery, butchers, greengrocers and bus stops. Parking is available if you have a car.

Broadband and bills are included as is Sky & Netflix in your room if you have a TV. You have a bathroom that’s exclusive use for you.

We have a cleaner every fortnight.

We’re only looking to share with one person so no couples / friends sharing a room, sorry.

Our current tenant is looking to move out towards the end of April as he has been able to get his own flat.
