Large double room in family home

Large double room available from August Myself and my husband live in a attractive bungalow with our daughter. We are looking for someone who likes their own space as we like ours after a long day.
We are both easy going people who love food, cooking and the gym.
Shared bathroom, shared kitchen and garden. The bungalow has been recently refurbished.
We could furnish the room for you but we can discuss this.
We are looking to share preferably with a female.
Character References will be required and proof of earnings.
We’d like to have a video call to ensure we all get on then meet for a coffee if we all think it could work.
The room is available from 15th August, we are unable to conduct viewings until this time.
We are looking for someone who is respectful of our space and is willing to muck in with cleaning the communal areas.

We will require 1month refundable deposit before you move in.
