Hi, I have a furnished single bedroom with large built in wardrobe, with bed and drawers available for rent.

I have been a live in landlord and rented out the spare room for over 10 years to various different people.

I like to keep flat tidy and organised. Flat contains bathroom, kitchen (which includes double electric oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more), lounge (TV, fast fibre internet, consoles etc) and garden. A car parking space is also available. Price includes all bills except groceries. Would ideally like a professional trustworthy and working person who respects the place and is clean. Strictly no drugs tolerated. Smoking permitted but only outside and not inside the flat.

I also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Bailey who is very friendly and will no doubt want to be your mate!

Situated on the edge of New Milton near Walkford. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to walk to the town centre and less if driving.
