A nice sized double room is available from 1st March in our house for young professionals. The house is spacious and kitchen and bathrooms have been recently refurbished.

Your housemates will be Henry-23-Multimedia Editor, Emily-26-Solicitor, and Denni-23-Teacher.

Landlord provides communal sundries such as toilet rolls, hand soap, hand towels, washing up liquid, bin bags etc, and communal areas are cleaned weekly. You get dedicated kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezers so no-one should be 'borrowing' your food, and separate utensils/crockery etc are provided so you should never have to wash up for others.

The Room - Has a double bed, large pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There is also a Desk with comfortable leather chair. The room faces South so is a sunny outlook, and being at the rear of the property is quiet away from the road.

There is a fully tiled, newly refitted shower room upstairs, with storage for all housemates and a separate toilet downstairs. There is a living room with comfortable sofa and large TV. TV has Roku allowing access to smart tv channels. The property has a 'suntrap' south facing rear garden with patio. The property has high speed Virgin cable wifi, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and dining table in the kitchen. The house is heated via gas fired central heating.

The house is close to the M275 motorway (5 mins). Close to buses (Main route 3 min walk). There is a secure bike storage shed at the front of the house for cyclists. It's walkable to Commercial Road, and close to North End shops.
